Who it is for

Skin that has started to lose firmness. And someone who reads the ingredient list before they buy.

Four peptides, named

Four names you can look up. Count how many are on the label of what you use now.

Argireline®
Acetyl Hexapeptide-8

If you have heard of one cosmetic peptide, it is this one. Argireline® is the peptide that started the category, and it is still the most recognised name in it. It is here to help soften the look of expression lines — the ones around the eyes and across the forehead that show up first.

Matrixyl® 3000 — both halves
Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 · Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7

Matrixyl® 3000 is not one ingredient. It is two peptides meant to be used together: Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7. Both are in this bottle, at the same level as each other — worth checking which of the two is on the label of whatever you use now.

Copper peptides — GHK-Cu
Copper Tripeptide-1

The copper peptide people search for by name. If you have ever gone down a peptide rabbit hole online, this is where it ends — it has a following that most cosmetic ingredients never get. It is also the reason the base of this serum is copper water rather than plain water.

Even the water
Purified colloidal copper water · 2.04 ppm

A serum is mostly water. Ours is colloidal copper water — the copper is dissolved into the base itself rather than stirred in at the end. Colloidal minerals are what Veggimins has always made. This is that base, carrying four peptides.

Why these four, together

Peptides are usually bought one at a time, because each one is expensive on its own. Putting Argireline®, both Matrixyl® 3000 peptides and copper peptides into a single base — on top of two botanical cell cultures — is a decision that shows up in the cost of the bottle rather than in the marketing.

We call the three-part core NBT Complex™: the four-peptide blend, PhytoCellTec® apple stem cell extract and CITRUSTEM® citrus stem cell extract.

Together they are what makes HydraElite+ a peptide serum rather than a moisturiser — concentrated, thin, and meant to sit closest to the skin.

How it wears

Weightless and unscented. It absorbs in seconds and leaves no film, so it layers cleanly under a moisturiser, under sunscreen, under makeup.

Skin looks smoother and feels comfortably hydrated through the day rather than tight by afternoon.

Fragrance-free, alcohol-free, silicone-free

No synthetic fragrance, no essential oils, no alcohol denat., no silicones, no mineral oil, no parabens, no sulfates. No animal ingredients and no animal testing. Vegan, and made in the USA.

What is in it: phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin. A water-based serum with no preservative is not purer, it is a petri dish. We would rather name the preservative we chose than pretend we skipped one.

What it is for

Four peptides. Two botanical technologies. One seriously advanced serum.

  1. 01

Four advanced peptides for smoother-looking skin

A targeted blend of Argireline®, Matrixyl® 3000 peptides and copper peptide helps soften the appearance of expression lines and promote firmer-looking skin.

  2. 02

    Dual botanical cell-culture technology

CITRUSTEM® citrus and PhytoCellTec® apple extracts help support skin that looks renewed, resilient and visibly youthful.

  3. 03

    Deep, multidimensional hydration

Glycerin, hyaluronic acid, trehalose and pro-vitamin B5 work together to replenish moisture and give fine lines a plumper, smoother appearance.

  4. 04

Brighter tone and a stronger moisture barrier

Niacinamide and panthenol help improve the look of uneven tone, refine the appearance of pores and support a healthy skin barrier.

  5. 05

    Antioxidant care without sacrificing comfort

Vitamin E, bamboo, aloe, chamomile, cucumber, rosehip and rice extracts help defend against environmental stress while calming and conditioning the skin.

Cell-culture extracts and peptides are the two lines on a formulation sheet that decide what a serum actually is. Percentages like these are almost never printed. Ours are — go and try to find the same figures for the bottle on your shelf.

In the box

The first thing you open, and where the bottle lives afterwards.

The ritual

  1. MORNING & NIGHT

One pump into clean, slightly damp skin.

  2. PRESS

Press over face and neck. Ten seconds to absorb.

  3. SEAL

Follow with moisturiser. Sunscreen in the morning.

Is it vegan?

Yes. No animal-derived ingredients and no animal testing at any stage.

Will it layer under makeup?

It's designed to. Apply, wait about ten seconds, then continue as normal — it doesn't pill.

Is it fragranced?

No synthetic fragrance. The faint scent is from the botanical extracts.

Is this a copper peptide serum?

It is — Copper Tripeptide-1 (GHK-Cu) is one of the four peptides, and the water base itself is colloidal copper. But it is not only a copper peptide serum: Argireline® and both Matrixyl® 3000 peptides sit in the same bottle, which is the whole reason it exists as one step instead of three.

Can I use it with retinol or vitamin C?

Retinol: most people alternate — HydraElite+ in the morning, retinol at night. Vitamin C: keep them at different times of day. Copper peptides and L-ascorbic acid are conventionally separated in a routine. There is no vitamin C in this formula, so nothing conflicts inside the bottle.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

It is formulated without the most common irritants: no fragrance, no essential oils, no alcohol denat. That is a formulation choice rather than a promise about your skin. Patch test on the inner forearm for two days first, as with anything new.

Where is it made?

Formulated and manufactured in the USA. [Confirm whether you can name the Maine facility — a named state and lab is a stronger answer than “USA” at this price.]

How long does a bottle last?

One pump twice daily uses a 30 mL bottle in roughly eight to ten weeks.

When does it ship?

Pre-launch orders ship September 14. Free US shipping, and thirty days to return it.
